What characters should also return in SF V?

The fan favourite Cammy White, probably one of the most drawn video game characters ever on deviantART together with Chun Li, Mai Shiranui and Morrigan Aensland returns in Street Fighter V as well as the not so popular Birdie who was last seen in Street Fighter Alpha 3.

Simple question at you the FGE community:

What other older Street Fighter characters should return in your opinion and which ones should rather be forgotten or left out this time?



Personally I hope they re-introduce at least 5 Street Fighter III characters and leave out some of the Street Fighter II ones this time.

Necro as example is not only a pretty cool character design but he can stretch his arms just like Dhalsim and also work as a grappler like E.Honda.

Alex, Elena, Urien and friggin' Q would be my other SF III returners.

I hope that Ken Masters returns but that he and also other "Shoto Clones" are at least as different from before as Charlie and M.Bison were. Both look not only visually different but their gameplay is also pretty different from before.

Street Fighter EX characters are as usually out of the question, because copyrights and blablabla. A pity..because Skullomania and Garuda were both super fitting in the SF Universe.
