Glad that Karin is back and does not look like a Sakura Sprite Edit anymore.
Only 4 characters for the initial SFV roster are not shown now. According to rumors the two last returning characters are Urien and Dhalsim.

They should be full body without a background, similar to:

You will get the code for the game on Steam after submitting all three. Any KOF XIV characters goes, including the dlc ones that appeared for the game. You would get a deadline of 1 month for all 3
